Incident Reporting Form


The Office of Student Accountability, Standards and Education along with the Office of Residence Life works collaboratively to administer the Student Code of Conduct, which identifies behavioral expectations for all students on and off campus. If you have knowledge of a Kean University student or guest violating the Code, you are encouraged to report the incident.

Once a complaint has been received, the student will be contacted to address the alleged misconduct. Upon an investigation, appropriate action will be taken. You and the witnesses you identify in this report may be contacted for further information about the incident. Additionally, please note that University disciplinary records are protected by a federal privacy law called the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
