Incident Reporting Form


Any person may report concerning student behavior to the Office of Community Standards. Regardless of the nature of your concern, the College will review the matter and take the necessary steps to remedy behavior that disrupts the learning environment in a timely manner. If you have questions about completing this form, please contact the Office of Community Standards at 410-777-2766.

Completing this incident reporting form DOES NOT NOTIFY CAMPUS POLICE. To file a formal report with the police, please contact the Department of Public Safety and Police at 410-777-1818.

If this is an emergency that involves imminent risk of harm, please contact the Department of Public Safety & Police immediately at 410-777-1818, or local law enforcement by dialing 911.
