The Colorado State University Student Conduct Code identifies behavioral expectations of our students. The Academic Misconduct section of the Code is enforced by Student Conduct Services at the Student Resolution Center in conjunction with CSU faculty and instructors. Student Conduct Services is to be notified of all incidents of academic misconduct, per The Academic Faculty and Administrative Professional Manual, and the Instructor may choose what option for resolution is utilized.
When we receive your report, our staff will review it and may consult with you to see if the incident warrants a hearing with the student to address the alleged misconduct. You and any witnesses you identify in the report may be contacted by Student Conduct Services staff for additional details or clarification about the incident. Additionally, student conduct records are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
If you have any questions regarding filing an incident report, please contact the Student Resolution Center at (970) 491-7165.
