Bias Incident Report Form


All members of the Hamilton community are urged to report promptly any bias incident directed against a Hamilton community member or group that occurs on-campus or at any Hamilton sponsored program off-campus. The information you provide in this form will be forwarded to the Dean of Students, the Director of Campus Safety, and members of the Bias Incident Response Team for immediate investigation and follow-up.

Anonymous submissions are not accepted; however, the confidentiality of the person making the report will be maintained to the extent that College processes allow.

If this is an emergency or you wish to report an incident or crime in progress, please call Campus Safety (315-859-4000) immediately.
