The Office of the Dean of Students offers all members of our campus and greater community the opportunity to report concerns and alleged Honor System violations using our online reporting tool. Reports are received by the Office of the Dean of Students who works with other offices on campus to ensure that all reports are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Referrals made using this form do not violate student privacy rights.
**If you are reporting an alleged Honor Code violation that has occurred near the end of the semester, or during final exams, please assign an Incomplete for the student. The Incomplete will act as a placeholder to allow adequate time to resolve the case, while taking into account semester breaks**
