The Office of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at Fort Valley State University is committed to equal treatment to all members of the University community in regards to their personal and professional concerns. The objective of the student complaint procedure is to ensure that concerns are acknowledged and promptly resolved.

ANY ISSUE OF AN EMERGENCY NATURE SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE UNIVERSITY POLICE AT 478-825-6211.

FVSU encourages the use of this form to document and report any concerns related to a Fort Valley State University constituent (i.e. students, faculty, staff, and etc.).
