Reports will be responded to during work hours Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM). If this is an On-Campus emergency you should call La Salle Public Safety at 215-951-1300. If this an emergency Off-Campus call the Philadelphia Police at 911.
Please provide detailed information regarding the incident you are reporting.
Choose General Campus Incident Report for any reports involving behavior concerns or actions that are experienced or observed on or off the La Salle University campus that potentially are a violation of our community standards, local, state or federal laws, including Hazing.
Choose Maintenance Issue for emergency maintenance concerns. For all other maintenance issues, please complete a Maintenance Request.

Try to form an objective perspective based on facts.
Keep in mind that an incident report is a confidential document, and the only individuals who will see the document are administrators and certain relevant parties, who may call you to follow up on the incident or to ask questions.
