This form is available for reporting incidents involving violations of Miles Community College Student Conduct Code, Residence Life Handbook Policies, or other incidents of concern.

Reports can also be filed directly to the Dean of Student Engagement at (406) 874-6226 or deshieldsr@milescc.edu.

This report form can be utilized by students wishing to file a report on their own behalf or by anyone wishing to file a report on behalf of the College.
