If you observe behavior that may result in harmful or threatening conduct, please contact the Department of Public Safety immediately by calling 567-661-7575.

This incident report form is available to anyone reporting behavior of a student that is concerning or involves an alleged violation of the Student Code of Conduct. This form is also available to report any alleged violation of the Title IX/Sexual Misconduct Procedures and Guidelines at Owens Community College.
