Definition of Roles:

Respondent/Alleged: An individual who engaged in a possible conduct violation.

Complainant/Victim: An individual who experienced an action against them (e.g. assault, theft).

Witness: An individual who has a first-hand account of alleged behavior. Do not list RAs and/or Night Hosts.

Non-Violator: An individual involved in a situation that is not a violation of policy (e.g. injury, illness).

Student of Concern: An individual for whom the reporter is concerned (e.g. suicidal ideation, threatening comments/actions, loss of a loved one).
