Individuals who are dissatisfied with a decision of responsibility or assigned sanction(s) may petition for further action within five (5) business days of issuance of a written decision. All submissions that are received in a timely manner will be reviewed by the Director of Student Advocacy and Accountability (or designee). Submitting an appeal after the designated appeal window in your case will result in your appeal not being considered.
