StanCares Reporting Form


This form is intended to encourage faculty, staff, students, and community members to report concerning or threatening behavior of campus community members. The StanCares Team will review the report and determine the best course of action to support the campus community member and intervene. 

While we do our best to keep StanCares reports confidential, sometimes it is necessary to identify the reporting party. If you have questions about this report, please call 209-664-6700 or email dos@csustan.edu.
