The Columbia University Gender-Based Misconduct and Interim Title IX Policies and Procedures for Students (including sexual harassment, sexual assault, gender-based harassment, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual exploitation, and stalking) by anyone wishing to file a referral on behalf of a Columbia University or Teachers College student. These allegations are investigated and adjudicated by the Gender-Based Misconduct Office;

Discrimination, including antisemitism, anti-Arab or anti-Muslim discrimination may be used to report an incident of discrimination or harassment. (Incidents involving faculty/staff are routed directly to the Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action. For gender-based incidents, please use the form below.)
