Compliance Office Training Request

The Compliance Office supports the College's commitment to maintaining a workplace and academic setting where everyone is treated with dignity and respect in an environment free from discrimination and harassment. The scope of our office is addressing concerns of sexual harassment and discrimination based on a protected class, rights afforded by the ADA/ADAAA and PWFA and certain types of retaliation in support of student and employee success.

All employees, students and other affiliates of the College may use this form to request Compliance Office training for their specific team, department or division. Please provide at least three (3) weeks advanced notice for your requested training. If you have a more urgent need, please complete the form and follow up by Compliance Supervisor Joan Cook at jcook60@cscc.edu or 614-287-2636.
