Dallas College Sexual Misconduct Report

Dallas College prohibits Sexual Misconduct. If you have experienced, witnessed, or have knowledge about an act of sexual assault or other sexual misconduct including, sex/gender-based discrimination or harassment, sexual harassment, sexual violence, sexual exploitation, relationship violence, and sex/gender-based stalking, or retaliation, please complete and submit this form. The Title IX Coordinator will contact you within one business day of receipt of your submission.

ANONYMOUS REPORTING:
Anyone can report an incident(s) of sexual misconduct. A report may be filed anonymously, however, please consider providing your information for effective follow up. Reporting an incident without disclosing your name or contact information may impact the ability of Dallas College to investigate, take action. and offer supportive measures, such as academic accommodations, no-contact orders, change of work schedule, campus escorts, or other similar measures tailored to the individualized needs of the parties. Your confidentiality concerns can be discussed with the Title IX Coordinator.

We care about the safety, health and well-being of our students, faculty, staff and community. If the reported incident does not meet Title IX definitions, the report will be shared with the appropriate department for review.

We take your report seriously. Confidentiality of personally identifying information you provide can be discussed with the Title IX Coordinator and every effort will be made to keep your information private, however, cannot be guaranteed.

Definition of Roles:

  • Complainant: The individual who experienced the alleged behavior.
  • Respondent: The individual who engaged in, or initiated, the alleged unwanted behavior.
  • Witness: An individual who has a first-hand account of the alleged behavior.
  • Reporter: The individual who is submitting this report (and who does not identify as the Complainant).
