Tell Somebody Report (T.S.R.)

If a member of the University community observes any behavior that may involve threats to the safety and security of the University community and that needs to be brought to the attention of the Threat Assessment Team (TAT) or Student Intervention Team (SIT), individuals may report the behavior by using the online reporting form below. You have the option to fill in your contact information or submit the report anonymously. Once a report is submitted, a copy is emailed to the entire team for appropriate review and action.

If this report involves Title IX, sexual misconduct, interpersonal/ domestic violence, or stalking, please click here to submit the concern

If this report involves bias or discrimination, please submit your concern through the Bias Incident Reporting Form.

If this request is academic in nature (i.e. a student is not attending class or is performing poorly on assignments), please submit an Early Alert Report.

NOTE: The Threat Assessment Team (TAT) and Student Intervention Team (SIT) cannot guarantee every report will remain confidential. Federal and state law determines confidentiality.
