If a member of the University community observes any behavior that may involve threats to the safety and security of the University community and that needs to be brought to the attention of the Threat Assessment Team (TAT) or Student Intervention Team (SIT), individuals may report the behavior by using the online reporting form below. You have the option to fill in your contact information or submit the report anonymously. Once a report is submitted, a copy is emailed to the entire team for appropriate review and action.

If this request is academic in nature (i.e. a student is not attending class or is performing poorly on assignments), please submit an Early Alert Report.
