The following form must be completed in order to document and report Academic Dishonesty to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct (OCSSC). Once you submit the form, a copy will be e-mailed to you.
Highline College Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct upholds the Student Conduct Code (SCC), which identifies behavioral expectations of all students, including academic dishonesty. The Office of Student Conduct is an extension of teaching and learning. If you have knowledge of a Highline student violating the SCC, you are encouraged to notify our office of the incident. Our approach is educational, student-centered, developmental, fair, and collaborative. See the SCC online as a reference.
What Happens After I Submit the Report?
The Student Conduct Manager or designee will review the report and will contact the faculty within two to three business days to confirm receipt of the report and if needed, will ask for further information or material. The student will be summoned to meet with the Student Conduct Manager. (If you do not wish this to occur, please include this request in the report that you are submitting just for documentation purposes and wish no further action is taken.) More information about the process can be found on the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct webpage .
