Request an Accountability Advisor/ NOT IN USE


Thank you for your interest in the Accountability Advisor Program. Please allow 3 business days for our office to process your request. Once your request has been processed, we will contact you to introduce you to your advisor via email. It will be your responsibility to reach out to your advisor to set up a time and date to meet.

Students must submit advisor requests at least 3 business days prior to their Accountability meeting. This allows students enough time to meet with their advisor and understand the Accountability process. Any requests that do not meet this requirement will not be processed. Any requests submitted after 4pm on Monday - Friday, on weekends, or during university closures will not be processed until the business day following university reopening.
