The Executive Director of Student Services at Great Falls College MSU administers the Student Code of Conduct that identifies behavioral expectations for all students on and off campus. If you have knowledge of a GFC MSU student violating the Code, you are encouraged to notify our office of the incident. Complaints regarding employees will be directed to the Director of Human Resources.
Once a report has been received by us, the situation will be assessed to determine appropriate steps. Informational reports will be filed for tracking purposes. For other reporsts, our staff will meet with the student/employee to address the alleged misconduct or concerns. Upon an investigation, appropriate action will be taken. Please know that you and the witnesses you identify in the report might be contacted by us for further information about the incident. Additionally, please note that student conduct records are protected by a Federal privacy law called the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
