If you have witnessed or experienced a bias-related incident, please use this form to make a report. Any act of intolerance, regardless of severity, can be reported using this form. Once submitted, your report will be reviewed by North Central College.
From the North Central College Student Handbook: “North Central College is committed to maintaining a positive learning, working, social and residential environment.
