Please note, the Student Complaint Procedure is intended to allow students an opportunity to present a complaint which they feel warrants action, including the right to secure educational benefits and services. This is in accordance with CCCS SP 4-31a.

If you have a complaint you would like to file regarding Northeastern Junior College, please submit your complaint by completing this report. Please note, this is NOT the report to use for Code of Conduct violations, Civil Rights violations or Title IX/Sexual Harassment & Assault. Those reports need to be submitted via our Incident Reporting system at

Matters involving employees of NJC need to be reported to a supervisor or to the Human Resources Director.
