To petition for a student conduct appeal, the petition must be submitted within four (4) business days (by 4:30 pm) of receiving the decision, whether verbally or in writing. If you chose not to attend or participate in the student conduct meeting, the outcome cannot be appealed.
You must select at least one of the criteria as a basis for appeal and provide information to support that criteria.
Submitting a petition for appeal does not guarantee that an appeal will be granted. The petition provides information to determine whether or not there is a basis for an appeal.
If an appeal is granted, the decision and/or sanctions may be upheld, amended (increased or decreased) or overturned.
