PC Student CARES Form

This form is for use by Presbyterian College community members seeking help or referring a student for assistance.

Please provide as much information as you can on the form below and, as much as possible, offer first-hand experiences and conversations related to the concern. Generally, referrals should be made by the person most closely related to the student of concern rather than through a third party.

While it is possible to make a referral anonymously, we encourage persons submitting the form to identify themselves. This will allow the PC Coordinating Assistance and Resources for Educating Students (CARES) Team to ask follow-up questions, which can improve our response to the situation.

There is no blanket policy concerning disclosure of the identity of the person submitting the form. In general, the PC Cares Team will take reasonable steps to honor requests by a referral source for anonymity; however in some situations, it may not be possible to maintain the anonymity of the referral source, and in others, the student of concern may be able to deduce the identity of the referral source.

The information submitted in this form is reviewed during regular business hours, 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. If you encounter any situation where a member of our community is in danger or where there is an immediate threat of harm to self or others please contact Campus Police at (864) 833-8911or call 911.
