Community Standards Appeal Form


This process applies to:
1. Cases heard through an individual hearing officer
3. Cases determined under the Title IX Sexual Harassment Grievance Policy
3. Interim Suspensions

Appeals must be submitted by the date outlined in your Hearing Outcome Letter, or within three (3) University calendar days after receiving an Interim Suspension. Appeals for suspendable violations will be heard by the University Appeal Board. Appeals for non-suspendable violations will be heard by the Community Standards Appeal Board. Appeals for Interim Suspensions will be directed to the Vice President for Student Development. The Appeal Board or Officer's decision is the final decision in the case.
