This form should be used to report an incident involving an alleged violation of the Skidmore College Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct Policies and the Anti-Harassment Policy . Students, staff, or faculty wishing to file a report on their own behalf or anyone wishing to file a report on behalf of a Skidmore College student or employee can utilize this reporting form.
NOTE: College employees, including all faculty and staff, must report to the Title IX Coordinator (Joel Aure, 518-580-5708) if they receive notice of an incident of sexual or gender-based misconduct.
Skidmore College takes incidents of sexual and gender-based misconduct seriously. If you as a student survivor or reporter wish to remain anonymous, fill out this Anonymous Report Form. The university will use this information for statistical purposes, to better understand the scope of sexual violence on campus, and to develop and implement preventive efforts. If you fill this form out with a College employee, the report will no longer be anonymous.
The College is required to investigate allegations of sexual and gender-based misconduct to the best of its ability. As a result, the college will follow up on any specific, identifying information provided in this anonymous report.
