Advisor Request Form

REQUESTS FOR AN ADVISOR MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED STUDENT CONDUCT HEARING UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN DIRECTED OTHERWISE BY YOUR HEARING OFFICER.

Only in cases involving sexual misconduct are the respondent and complainant permitted to each have one (1) person attend the Student Conduct Hearing as his/her Advisor. The Advisor can be anyone of the respondent/complainant’s choosing. Students are not required to request an Advisor.
