UAF ORCA - Title IX Report

IF THIS IS AN EMERGENCY, CALL 911. For non-emergencies but urgent concerns for safety, you can contact UAF Police Dispatch at (907) 474-7721. The UAF Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability (ORCA) is open Monday- Friday from 8 am- 5 pm and is not an emergency response office. Completing and submitting this form initiates an assessment of the report by the University which could result in further inquiry and/or investigation. The university will take every step possible to respect the privacy of those involved. Although the university cannot commit to keeping a complaint of discrimination confidential because of the university’s obligation to investigate the complaint, the university will use its best efforts not to disseminate information concerning the complaint beyond those that have a need to know. If you wish to remain anonymous and report, you can either report through this form or utilize the UA Confidential Hotline at 855-251-5719 or online here. Anonymous reporting can limit the ability of the University to adequately address complaints. Please note: anonymous reports may inhibit the University's ability to fully address the concern.

Thank you for taking the time to make a report, helping the university ensure a safe and inclusive university community. If you have questions, please contact ORCA at uaf-orca@alaska.edu or call 907-474-7300.

The Anti-Discrimination policy is contained in Regents Policy and Regulation Chapter 01.02: http://www.alaska.edu/bor/policy-regulations/

Consequently, the university will provide amnesty for conduct that would warrant minor sanctions under the Student Code of Conduct, such as underage drinking or prohibited drug use, that is related to misconduct reported under this sex and gender-based discrimination chapter.
