Action taken as a result of this report may be protected by federal privacy law (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act) and therefore becomes confidential information unless otherwise specified by the named student(s).

Please note that counselors in our Counseling Services Department serve as a source for reporting sexual misconduct, relationship violence and stalking confidentially. Counseling Services can be reached by calling 205-665-6245 or by visiting their office located in the Puryear House. Other than the Counseling Services staff, all other University staff are mandated reporters.
