The officer who wrote the original citation will be notified of the appeal and offered the opportunity to submit a written statement, only if new information is provided. The Chief Compliance Officer will be notified of the appeal and offered the opportunity to submit a written statement, only if unfair process is alleged. If no statement is submitted, I will receive no information. If a statement is submitted, I will be emailed a copy of the statement. I will have 5 business days from the date the statement is sent to me to respond in writing. Upon receipt of my response, the process of submitting written responses is extended, allowing the officer another opportunity for response. The decision of the Parking Appeals Committee is final.
