Please note that disruptive behavior in the classroom and a change in attendance or academic performance are classified as Non-Academic Misconduct and should be reported on the Student Violations link and Concerns About A Student link.
If grades are due for the student(s) involved, the faculty member should assign an “Incomplete” for the course, which will be changed when the case is resolved. A student’s final status in a course maybe be subject to change based on the final disposition of an academic dishonesty referral.
Someone from the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities will contact you as needed. Please remember that all information contained within this report will become part of UTRGV's administrative record keeping and may be available to the students to which they pertain under FERPA.
