The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities (SRR) is charged with upholding the Student Code of Conduct, which identifies conduct that is unacceptable of a UTRGV student and may be basis for disciplinary action.

Please use this form to report any violations that occur involving UTRGV students, whether these violations occur inside or outside of the classroom setting. Please note that anonymously submitted forms may limit our effectiveness in dealing with concerning behavior.
