Alleged: Individual student or student organization alleged to have violated university policy, or has impacted/harmed another party.

Impacted/Harmed Party: Individual or organization impacted or harmed by the behavior of who has been impacted by the behavior of the Alleged; includes the individual or organization targeted by the misconduct.

Witness: Someone who has information about the incident and does not fall into another role.
