Students have the right to appeal an instructors decision in accourdance with WAC 504-26-415(d). The date, time and location of the hearing will be communicated to the student via thier WSU email.

An appeal is a review of a previous decision, in this case, the decision of the faculty member. The Academic Integrity Hearing Board can only make determinations in relation to WAC 504-26-415(c).
