Students who have been found responsible for a violation of the Standards of Conduct may petition the Center for Community Standards to remove a single disciplinary violation from their disciplinary record if it meets the following conditions:
There is no significant aggravating factor, including, but not limited to the student’s conduct subsequent to the violation, the nature of the violation, and the severity of any damage, injury, or harm resulting from the violation. Disciplinary records may be voided by the Director of the Center for Community Standards upon written petition of the responsible student. Denials of petitions to void disciplinary records are not appealable. If a student has a removed disciplinary violation, and subsequently commits another violation of the Standards of Conduct, the removed disciplinary record will be reinstated.
Please respond to these questions as to why your single disciplinary record should be voided.
